Servicio de recepción muy amable y gentil, habitaciones correctas, desayuno muy adecuado. Cercano a las atracciones principales de Roma. El único inconveniente que tuve fue que a la llegada al Hotel aun no se encontraba lista la habitación, aunque me ofrecieron otra.

El hotel tiene una situacion excelente justo al lado de termini. En general todo muy bien las instalaciones eldesayuno muy bueno y las habitaciones bien. La unica pega por decir algo es que nuestra hbitacion era uuna triple executive y la cama supletoria no era comoda porque en realidad era el sofa que era bastante duro e incomodo. Pero sin duda volveria a este bonito hotel boutique en mi proxima estancia

Hotel de fácil acceso desde el aeropuerto, buien servicio y mejor trato del personal. Muy próximo al metro y a los principales autobuses para visitar la ciudad

Excelente ubicación del hotel. A solo dos cuadras de la estación central de trenes Termini y prácticamente puedes recorrer la ciudad caminando desde el hotel. Nosotros caminamos del vaticano al hotel y descubrimos muchas cosas de esa linda ciudad. La atención excelente y muy buenos desayunos. Lo recomendamos!!!

Hola es un hotel muy acogedor , lo que tendría que mejorar la conexión wifi , ( estas constantemente metiendo la contraseña ) por lo demás muy recomendable .

El hotel está muy bien situado, a unos 20 minutos a pie del coliseo. La habitación no era muy grande pero estaba muy limpia, el baño muy nuevo y muy bien equipado, y la cama era enorme y comodísima con varios almohadones para cada uno. Al ser una habitación interior no había nada de ruido, perfecto para descansar. El desayuno me pareció muy variado y completo, y el staff muy agradable, sin duda lo recomiendo.

La atencion del personal ha sido muy buena. El hotel y la zona donde esta ubicado tambien esta muy bien. El unico fallo q le he encontrado ha sido en las habitaciones (por lo menos en la que yo estuve hospedado) en el armario no hay ningun cajon o estanteria donde poder colocar la ropa. Salvo ese pequeño inconveniente la estancia en el hotel ha sido muy satisfactoria. Un saludo

Me encantó el hotel, instalaciones muy modernas y la habitación muy confortable. Los empleados muy atentos todos y muy agradables con el cliente. El desayuno perfecto, con bastante variedad para elegir y el servicio impecable. Las habitaciones muy limpias y ordenadas cada día. Un placer estar allí. A localização é ótima pois fica muito próximo da estação Termini que dá fácil acesso a várias atrações, o café da manhã é muito farto e variado, o quarto é muito bom e o staff bastante atencioso.

Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds... but we managed on site.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

Все было предусмотрено, и все было очень удобно. Потряс изумительный интерьер (мы жили на 5м этаже). Очень красиво и стильно. В номере есть все необходимое и даже немного больше. Отличные завтраки. Прекрасный персонал, внимательные и обходительные представители всех служб: ресепшн, ресторан, уборка, и особенно отмечу водителя вызванного отелем такси! Все на высшем уровне!

I've already stayed three times at the Ariston in Rome. Location is great, near Termini train and subway station (please note the area near the station is quite dodgy, so beware of pickpockets). Staff is very efficient and friendly. Continental breakfast is very good in my opinion (bacon, scambles eggs, bread/toast, cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, ham, cheese,....). WLAN is free but signal was quite low in my room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Preis/Leistung stimmt. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Termini, Metro und Busstation. Kurze Strecken zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms. Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert

We were really pleased with our stay at the Ariston as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Rome as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Ho prenotato una stanza per i miei genitori dal 24 al 29 Giugno e sono stati benissimo, non si sono lamentati di nulla. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Personale gentile e cordiale. Stanze pulite. Insomma nulla di cui lamentarsi

A 2 minuti dalla stazione Termini, hotel molto gradevole nuovo, camera molto confortevole ben arredata e pulita, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Buona anche la colazione amche se manca una musica in sottofondo. ..raccomandato assolutamente per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ariston. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Rome.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in Rome and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

Accueil très professionnel, capacité à gérer une situation d'urgence (Merci à Julie), efforts faits pour s'exprimer en français, petit déj varié et copieux, hotel très silencieux, bien que le quartier soit "animé". Emplacement en proximité de gare assez central (métro, navette aéroport) Une adresse à recommander. Merci encore d'avoir contribué à la réussite de notrez voyage romain.
